Alan Rendle-Eames

Alan Rendle-Eames

Managing Director

Alan is a highly skilled engineer with over 20 years’ experience in the machine engineering sector. Alan has worked in the automotive, marine, aerospace, furniture and general engineering sectors and is experienced in all types of pattern making, tool making, specialist machining, jigs and fixtures. Alan has a strong background in lean manufacturing, optimising production techniques and streamlining manufacturing processes.

Production Director

Tom is a qualified Mechanical Manufacturing Engineer with skills in CMM inspection, 3 and 5 axis machining, CAD modelling and milling and turning. Tom has been with the company since 2011 and is responsible for quality, specifications and production. Tom is great-grandson of the business founder Frank Hay.

Production Supervisor

Martin is a highly skilled engineer with over 25 year’s experience in mould making, CNC machining and programming, lost wax, tool making, jigs and fixtures and CAD design.

Martin has particular experience in aerospace, defence and automotive sectors.

Head of Finance

Alayna Legg is a qualified company accountant with skills in finance, accounting, system integration planning and CRM. Alayna has extensive experience of working in the manufacturing sector; she works closely with the management team bringing in new systems, efficiencies and robust financial reporting structures.

Clive is an accomplished entrepreneur with experience of building businesses across a broad variety of sectors. Clive is an experienced CEO with a background in manufacturing, brand building, global marketing, international distribution, investment and rapid growth. Clive is a mechanical engineer by training and has managed and grown a range of businesses from start-ups through to high-tech manufacturing businesses. Clive was CEO at Portsmouth based Magma Structures, builders of the tallest composite Superyachts masts in the world.

Michael Last

Michael Last

Non-Executive Director

Michael has extensive experience across a broad range of technology led businesses in multiple industries including Automotive, F1, Defence, Packaging and FMCG. Michael qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1997 with Ernst Young, moved into manufacturing in 2003 and between 2008 and 2017 Michael has been CFO and then CEO at Formaplex Ltd, a manufacturer of complex tooling and components, where he led oversaw a period of successful growth and expansion.

We are proud to have a highly experienced design and manufacturing team comprising qualified CAD designers, toolmakers, pattern makers, mould makers, machinists, plastic injection mould makers, engineers and support staff all of whom are focused on providing leading edge customer service. We provide in-house quality control inspection and material waste reduction.


We operate in markets that require a fast turnaround, we invest in having the facilities we need “in-house”. This allows us to have full control of what we do so that we ensure each activity in our service to our customers happens when required.  

We operate from a purpose built 15,000 sq. ft. manufacturing facility on the Hampshire/Sussex border and benefit from good rail and road access with both Gatwick and Heathrow being around 1 hour away.

We invest in the latest technology to ensure that we provide the fastest on time in full response times and highest levels of service and quality 24/7, 365 days.

Our facilities are operated using the main principles of Lean Manufacturing & Continuous Improvement.
